This project involved the construction of an 80′ steel girder bridge on concrete footings and GRS abutments, retained by sheet pile walls. Sheet pile is driven and soils excavated to design depth.  Well points and wick drain are used to manage site water and prevent saturation of foundation soils.  Successive layers of geosynthetic fabric and compacted, imported fill incorporate rows of anchors to integrate the walls into the abutments.  This gravel-surfaced bridge provides access to resource development areas in northern Alberta.

Another successful project done in collaboration with Terratech Consulting Ltd.
